Hi,

I would like to use phy to check the results from kilosort4, then it reports 'phy' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. I have checked the issue #950, #924 and #855, none of them can solve it.

I am very stucked on this step for several days, and also check online for this situation (someone said some paths should be included into enviroment, but it doesn't work). I would like kindly ask what should I do for it? I also tried with three PC, only one workstation can open GUI, the other two can not. The install step should be the same since I did them all, I have no idea this mysterious power. I would be grateful for the response.

Best,
Qun

I don't know what is the difference. But I followed with the STEP6 in the instructions, it works!!!
"6. If there are problems with this method we also have an environment.yml file which allows for automatic install of the necessary packages. Give that a try."
