Request for implementing (tz) Update Timezone Data tzdata2024b into Corretto 17

Hi Team,

As per https://github.com/corretto/corretto-17/blob/develop/make/data/tzdata/VERSION, I know the latest version 17.0.13.11.1 of corretto-17 released on Oct-15 2024 is still with tzdata2024a, and there is known issue "The 2024b update has a change that uses "April" instead of the abbreviation ("Apr"), which causes the TZUpdater tool to fail in its month-parsing logic." , as per JDK team, they did an enhancement (https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8339645) with tzupdater tool, also they provided workaround at https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase/tzupdater-readme.html before the new tzupdater version (tz2.3.3) is available.

My application relies on the tzdata2024b upgrade through Corretto-17 docker image, could you please suggest what is the plan and when tzdata2024b will be available from Corretto-17?
