Change the frontpage to include multiple sections #399

The frontpage should be an easy way to see multiple things and not the main event should not only be in focus.

This will allow us to show a more exciting frontpage that can change and will give people the interesting in coming back for more.

It should include:
Latest events
Links to videos, speakers, members
