Describe the bug
For whatever project name I enter, cookietemple tells me that a project with that name exists already at PyPi. I tried a few random names and always get this warning; I also doublechecked https://pypi.org/ and it does not seem like those packages are actually listed there.

System:

• OS: macOS 11.7.10
• Python: 3.9
• Virtual environment: micromamba
• cookietemple: 1.4.1

(I have had the same problem on linux.)
