It might be possible to have 1 v4 and v5 master running in AWS, and use those to generate seed files in OpenShift and Kubernetes for the CI runs. This would speed things up somewhat.
At the moment we create a brand new cluster for each permutation of the following cartesian product [openshift, gke] X [mysql, postgres] X [v4, v5]
