Redundant run capture sources

Coner Trailer should support redundant (multiple) run capture sources. Two or more systems would capture times and be worked independently. Clubs would use this as a check against mistakes by a single data entry operator, distribute worker resources by task (penalty radio callbacks, driver verification, etc). This would also permit automating the audit process by producing a diff against both sources.
