The file conduktor-platform/docker-compose.yml uses version 2.1 of the Compose file schema. However, according to https://docs.docker.com/compose/compose-file/compose-file-v3/#long-syntax-3 the long syntax used for defining one of the volumes is only available from version 3.2.
