Is CiviCase not compatible with API Explorer #856
Comments
Hi @petednz , which version of CiviCRM is this with and which CMS? Can you also confirm you have the latest tagged version of this Civicase extension installed? Can you share any log messages or backtrace when you attempt to access the page? Which API explorer are you using? V3 or V4? Thanks |
Sorry for not providing those details at outset civicrm/api3#/explorer loads civicrm/api4#/explorer gives "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later." nothing in civi logs nothing in drupal logs |
Hi @petednz currently the extension only supports: https://github.com/compucorp/uk.co.compucorp.civicase/blob/master/info.xml#L23 A patched version of CiviCRM 5.39.1 (Download link: https://github.com/compucorp/civicrm-core/releases/download/5.39.1%2Bpatch.76dd32/civicrm-5.39.1+patch.76dd32.tar.gz) but we will test against 5.46+ in due course when we update our stack and I'll make sure that this issue is considered. We'd also be happy to look into this issue on a paid support basis, please pop me an email [email protected] if so and we can discuss. Best Jamie |
Thx. i may have been thrown by reading somewhere on here that
|
Hey dear extension developers, what about updates of the supported civicrm version? I had to install different security releases since 5.39. Your state "Compuco normally undertakes to update the compatible version shortly after a new CiviCRM security release." Is this still true? |
@petednz I think the api4 bug is caused by this line & fix here: https://github.com/coopsymbiotic/uk.co.compucorp.civicase/blob/symbiotic/CRM/Civicase/Api/Wrapper/CaseGetList.php#L58 (it's not really a good fix, but works for me) |
thx matthieu will check it out if that projects swings round again |
On the only site where we have your extension I noticed I could not get to API Explorer via the menu, but pasting the link also resulted in website error. i disabled CiviCase, and API Explorer started working. Can this be fixed?
