When clicking on the Settings button in Administer / Custom Field Groups, we get the following error:

TypeError: array_merge(): Argument #1 must be of type array, null given in array_merge() (line 37 of /var/www/example.org/sites/default/files/civicrm/ext/uk.co.compucorp.civicase/CRM/Civicase/Hook/BuildForm/AddStyleFieldToCaseCustomGroups.php).
