Is this true? CIviHR won't run on PHP7.x? Or just the install script?

PHP 5.6 - the last v5 release reached EOL over a year ago!

This is should be a deal breaker for any sensible person.

What are the issues stopping a move to PHP 7 - is there a list anywhere?

In general this project doesn't look like its being developed very much - is that accurate?

Don't want to install this and suggest my employer uses it if it's moribund.
