flash.comma.ai is a very simple web app, and I think we can consider the flasher done when:

works well on Windows, macOS, and Linux
flashing is consistently <1m (assuming decent internet and USB 3)
just works, aka reports of "unable to flash" are rare in Discord/support
restores a device to the full factory state (i.e. more than just the AGNOS OTA images)

Some other nice to haves included in this bounty:

pull out the QDL into a separate repo/library (with good tests) and publish to npm
specify a manifest to flash

Bounty breakdown

$1k QDL.js library: https://github.com/commaai/qdl.js
- should be a complete project publish to npm, good tests, linted, README, etc.
$1k for the rest
