[BE] feat : EC2-RDS 서버 배포 성공

- IPv4 : 52.78.52.252
- RDS : airbnb-rds.ct12sp1kygt2.ap-northeast-2.rds.amazonaws.com
- CSV 파일은 수동으로 넣어주어야 한다
  - 수동으로 매번 넣기 힘들기 때문에 한 번 넣어주고 그 뒤로 테이블을 DROP 하지 않는다
