At present, the name search is not breaking up name by first and last name, so if an individual queries for name in FIRST LAST format, it won't come up.
Can split the parameter value on " " and search for each substring, although that might lead to many false positive matches. Else can try to convert "First Last" to "Last, First" assuming all incoming queries are for "First Last".
