Recaptcha for translations

How about putting some Recaptcha in login pages that takes data from projects needing translation?

Problem:
Some projects need translation into other languages, i.e. "chunk light tuna" needs translation into Spanish (and Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, etc!) on WIC,

Tech Struggle:
And to avoid the burden of any technical knowledge (create Github account, install Git, sit at computer, download file, naming conventions, upload file, commit, sync, etc)

Solution:
It could be easier to just plug some kind of Recaptcha into government login pages.
