The Volunteer Name is Not Deleted from The Action Archive when Account is Deleted

Preconditions:
User must have credentials for a Web app account (W) and a Mobile app account (M).
The mobile account must have a volunteer profile for the NGO linked to the Web account.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. (W) Generate a contract for the mobile account
2. (M) Go to "Setari cont" page
3. (M) Delete the account using "Sterge cont" button
4. (W) Go to "Arhiva actiuni" page
5. (W) Search for the "Generează Contract" action done at step 1

Expected Results:
5. The name of the volunteer is not displayed since the mobile account was deleted.

Actual Results:
5. The name of the volunteer is still displayed even if the mobile account is deleted.
