Sorting By Email Does Not Work When Table is Downloaded

Preconditions:
The user must be logged in on the "Cereri de inscriere" sub page.
The page's table must be populated by more than 3 requests.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Sort the table using the "Date contact" column
2. Press on the "Descarca tabel" button
3. Open the downloaded .xlsx file

Expected Results:
3. The data displayed in the file is sorted by email column in the same order as on the web page.

Actual Results:
3. The data displayed is not sorted by email.
