[NGO Admin/ Beneficiari / Evaluare Initiala / Factori de risc / Suport Social] Enhance social support selectors (family & friends)

CONTEXT
The two selectors for input of family social support [extended_family_can_provide] and neighbours/friends social support [friends_can_provide] should be enhanced for improved usability and accurate data collection.

NEEDED CHANGES

1. Replace placeholder to reflect multiple selection, as per data dictionary. Instead of Alege o opțiune, placeholders should read Alege toate variantele care se potrivesc
2. Include an additional checkbox under each input field (Figma design here), which read: Familia extinsă nu poate oferi suport social respectively Vecinii/ prietenii nu pot oferi suport social.
   Desired Behaviour: IF a user checks the checkbox, the corresponding input field will be disabled, and any prior values selected will not be shows or saved. Nice to have: If possible, any inputed data in the selector should be saved locally and if the user deselects the checkbox, they should be shown (to prevent user effort loss).
