Contex: When a new case is added, the last step of the wizard allows users to select their role in the case.

Current behavior: Users can select one or multiple roles TOGETHER with Specialistul inregistreaza cazul dar nu are alt rol in echipa de caz.

Desired behaviour:
IF user selects Specialistul inregistreaza cazul dar nu are alt rol in echipa de caz, the remaining checkboxes are disabled.
IF user selects any other role, the checkbox Specialistul inregistreaza cazul dar nu are alt rol in echipa de caz should become disabled.

If the disabling condition is deselected, the condition does no longer apply, and users can select any option.
