Add Button Overflow When Adding Federations or Coalitions That Have Very Long Names

Preconditions:
The user must be logged in on the Step 4 of NGO registration form.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to "Federații și Coaliții" Section
2. Select "Da" option for "Organizația ta face parte din una sau mai multe federații"
3. Click on the Add button
4. Enter a long text like: "ThisIs A very Long Nane for A federation, write it down so you wont forget it, make sure its kept safe under the stairs, on the second way before the moon falls down below the sea, a trap will open and the way to the rose tree will be revealed."
5. Click on "Adaugă valoare"

Expected Results:
5. The item is added and UI components stay in place.

Actual Results:
5. The item is added and the Add button is pushed outside the form box.

Note:
Can be reproduced for Coalitions input as well.
