It is not working in android 6.0.1
It is not able to work with whatsapp
It does not even mention package name of whatsapp

Check if your application is allowed to access the notifications. This can be checked in the settings app.

I just tested the Plugin with Whatsapp. It works on Anroid 7.

Do you have some adb logs?
