Version: v24.2.4 (CockroachDB Cloud - Standard)

In the https://www.cockroachlabs.com/docs/stable/row-level-ttl#ttl-storage-parameters table, the describe for ttl_delete_rate_limit suggests that a value of 0 won't throttle delete throughput.

In reality, the smallest allowed value for this parameter is 1.
