no consistent color scheme for buttons, clear / send gray,
apply as validator red, meaning is not alert or attention
drop your files blue, especially confusing with box community skills and network info

all gray would be to consistent, but against intention, how about green for call to action button or when ready

How about having an UI/UX-Designer go over the whole user interface. QT can be styles quite easily.
