Refactor to work with black-sliver/PopTracker

This pack should probably be refactored to support the use of PopTracker to reduce dependency on closed-source applications like EmoTracker.

This will probably involve some work with the Connector.lua provided with SNI.

I would like to reiterate that this is a wanted feature. For people on MacOS especially, this is important (for Linux it's also nice, but not as vital due to wine).

An update - you can now connect to Bizhawk for autotracking when loading this pack in the latest version of PopTracker, although functionality of the pack is limited due to PopTracker still missing a lot of features in general.
