upper case / bigger toast chars

Use upper case chars (bigger font possible?) in toast to increase visibility

Exchange toast message "stroke" by "slash" which is a more common name for "/" sign worldwide

@marco-garcia You should be able to use upper case characters and the message "slash" already. To do so edit the word file on your phone/device (i.e. Claus' Morse Trainer/abc_number_symbols.txt ).

I'll have to see if making the toast font more larger is viable. The app is primarily an audible trainer so I don't want to introduce a hack that might break it for some users.
