[whitepaper]: Full chapters of the commonly developed whitepaper are missing #47

Content from the draft whitepaper, drafted by the CNCF TUG, should be added. In case of no overlaps the different chapters should be added while in case of overlaps the content should be merged.

@CsatariGergely, the approach and goals while overlapping are different. I suggest one of two approaches, either

  • Create a new whitepaper called Deploying Cloud Native Network Functions in a telecom service provider ecosystem in the whitepaper directory as a complimentary document based on the google doc
    or
  • Start creating multiple PRs to update the Cloud Native Thinking for Telecommunications whitepaper.

@CsatariGergely - My preference is that we finalize this prologue White Paper and add the other content into the next one. We can also always retrofit this paper later on if the TUG feels it is critical. It would be really nice to get this out for KubeCon EU.

I would prefer to merge the content to Cloud Native Thinking for Telecommunications whitepaper. It is okay to do it after the release of the first version.
