Open items for dataset list

Just to keep track of progress, here is a list of things we still need to implement in this repository:

• Add missing cross sections, particularly for the samples that will be used in the analysis.
  • Most urgently: the ZH_Hto2C_Zto2Nu signal sample is missing cross section in Run3 filesamples_Run3.json
• Review the list of samples and remove the ones that are actually not needed. Perhaps they can be moved to a separate json file, like additionslBkgs.json. At the moment the dataset list creation script takes a long time to run because we have a lot of samples to process.
• Add MET datasets
• Complete the list of samples for Run2: 2016, 2017, 2018

@De-Cristo could you please add the VHbb samples to our master sample list for Run3?
