Issue when executing make file for ReducedCombinedConfig (master branch)

I cloned the current version of the sector processor from the main branch (8/7/24). When running the make file (for ReducedCombinedConfig), the ‘Work’ directory is not created (and thus no Xilinx project file).
No errors are printed to the terminal, so it initially appears as though the make file finishes normally. It seems like all the InputRouterTop, MatchProcessor, TrackBuilder_L1L2 and VMRouterCMTop directories are created, However, the solution for TrackBuilder_L1L2 was not generated and the log file contains the following error:
