After PR #118, the ME has a Vitis build as part of the CI tests.

The proposal is to add Vitis build tests for all the other modules, and to allow these tests to fail for now.

This has not been done. Only the ME has a Vitis test. That said, it fails for now because Vitis 2020.2 put in a new restriction on pointers to pointers (i.e. pointers to arrays). But I see no reason why we can't have additional Vitis tests that are allowed to fail. Would you like me to implement this?
