Add slideshow feature

It sure would be awesome if phidx allowed me to see a slideshow created from 
the images in a given folder.  Cooler still if I could interactively set the 
delay used to cycle through photos.

phidx already calculates the "next" photo link.  It should be pretty easy to 
use the <meta> tag's refresh capabilities to "redirect" the browser to the next 
image after a given amount of time.
