做成代理服务一条龙静默启动 #21

现在需要先启动CFnat Windows GUI，再启动代理软件，过程有点麻烦，而且配置完成后，后面基本也不需要再打开GUI界面了，能否设计成这样：

启动后即先分配上次的优选IP做为代理，在IP缓存的过程中先有个IP为代理软件提供服务，让软件运行起来马上可用；
CFnat Windows GUI新增一个静默模式，运行后即自动启动IP优选功能，并最小化在后台运行；
增设准备就绪后可运行指定代理软件，用户可自行配置代理软件路径和可执行文件。
这样就可以只运行CFnat Windows GUI一步就完成代理环境的建构了，谢谢啦！
