Example mat file paths

Many of the example files try to load .mat files, but the file paths are out of date. See, for example (should be something more like load(fullfile(mwavePath,'Examples\mat\wam_hb1_1_hb')); - change from HydroBodies to mat):

mwave/Examples/example_array_inter_1.m
