https://github.com/cloudnativedaysjp/terraform/blob/main/broadcast_switcher/route53.tf#L24-L31 で現在 nginx 用の local-nginx01.cloudnativedays.jp は登録されているが、 swither 用も作成する必要があるので、改修する。
