Why was charge and rate removed from reports in version 1.1.4 - https://github.com/cloudfoundry-attic/cf-abacus/releases/tag/v1.1.4?

We removed charge and rate to address several issues:

slow processing of metrics due to the use of sandbox
Abacus was meant as a metering and aggregation engine and not billing one
db size

Of course you can fork this (now dead) project and get these functions back.
