Description

Description of the algorithms and process are supposed to be in the same repository, in owl itself.
Currently the description is https://owl.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ and needs to be connected to the GitHub repo. Link is giving a 404 error.

guess https://owl.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ is not belonging to this repo.
to be consistent with abatross and sharewater the sphinx requirements needs to be updated
