Description
For v4, ensure we do not load the latest clerk-js version in the interstitial. Instead, pin it to the major matching the current clerk-js package version. Note that this is only being merged into
release/v4, as we roll out v5 the existing behavior to loadlatestby default should be adequate.fixes SDK-979
