Actor Token Create is not working

When following the documentation for actor tokens create, I consistently get the error ActorTokens.create() got an unexpected keyword argument 'user_id'

Either the documentation is out of date or this SDK method is broken

@speakeasybot I was using a previous version but tried upgrading to 1.1.1 to see if that would fix it and I still experienced the issue. So most recently, version 1.1.1 of clerk-backend-api reproduced this issue
