Add support for BuddyPress (and other) registration

Right now, we don't have an easy way to use Clef for registration in a consumer-facing way. Ideally, we'd have an easy hook that we could either add in our plugin or developers could add in theirs that would add Clef as a registration option.

The same thing applies for the Atlas Directory theme and associated plugins.
