Training data generation will involve

creating labeled dataset (training data ingestion #3)
creating synthetic dataset
1. upsample or downsample particular portion of data considering label balance
2. synthesize (mix-and-match) labeled data to create more "silver" training data
last-minute preprocessing (image preprocessing for training #2 )
