ON the doc it is missing to specify that on each HDMI IN of the codec pro you have a camera connected to you need to config them as a CAMERA Type. This can be done on the Settings of the device VIDEO INPUT TYPE = CAMERA or could be really great to add this on the Macros regarding what is configured on the Config Macro :-)

Will work to automatically set the camera inputs based on the existing config
