Issue description

This ticket bundles two content tickets that are changing Org model domain request content. Both tickets resulted from the content review of M4.

Acceptance criteria

• Complete both tickets below
• .gov domain: Update third bullet that appears on ".gov domain" page in a domain request #3159
• Domain request table: Update text wrapping, hyphenation, and obscured menu #3158
• Include the resolves keyword for both tickets in your single PR
• Have a designer review this PR and approve it

Closing as a won't do, I realized this will be a pain to do the dev review on as there are a few different areas being touched. We can just do them not as a bundle
