Issue description

We need to process research insights from #3108 and prepare a visual representation that can drive discussions with the product team. By the end of the sprint, we want to have a working draft to share out and talk about with the team.

Acceptance criteria

  • The visual shows the steps that analyst follow, the tools they use, and other important information. It also shows pain points and opportunities for improvement
  • Make a plan for reviewing the visual with analysts, program manager, and delivery team for comments and next steps.

Additional context

As a starting point for the type of visual, consider a task model
Be open to identifying smaller, nested tasks that would be better to map first.
Check out this archive miro of the analyst experience, created by Katherine and Gaby before the redesign. It may be helpful to see old user pain points and design challenges.

@jaxonsilva24 I turned the sub-issues we had linked to #3084 into their own standalone issues so the analyst experience issues follow the way we're using sub-issues, epics and bundles
