Issue description

As part of the project to improve the analyst experience, @jaxonsilva24 will onboard onto the analyst team.

Acceptance criteria

  • Complete the analyst onboarding checklist items
  • Shadow analysts adjudicating requests
  • Attend domain adjudication meetings
  • Become familiar with the analysts' tools and processes
  • Adjudicate a request with help from an analyst
