Issue description

Scripts were made for ticket #2399 and now they should be run on stable.

Acceptance criteria

  • run the two scripts created in this PR in STABLE
  • report out any errors you find and report the completion of this ticket with how it ran in #dotgov-dev
  • No PR needed

Ran but has too many errors with the federal agency portion, will result in new bug ticket being made, Script is considered buggy and not working correctly.
