Migrate/re-create application modules (config, logging, args etc.) as "The Deployer" (working title).
Convert runner module, so it actually uses ansible source code instead of calling subprocess.
Create/support more runners e.g. puppet, non-ansible-backend pytest, molecules etc.
Implement deployment queue using task/infra/host dependencies (deployment scenario/campaign/strategy/plan).
