sandbox.logicahealth.org

We want to have a backup sandbox in case MELD is down.
Register the apps and import data for Amber Test into Logica.

The Hub sample data are here:
https://github.com/chronic-care/mcc-sample-data/tree/main/oncleap/hub
although I don't think I set up all Bundles for a single load-all script, as I have with other data sets
