As a CH user, I want to search for for specific referrals so that I can find a particular referral or group of referrals.

As a CH user, I want to look up referrals based on the following pieces of information:

  • Requestor organization
  • CH referral owner
  • Date referral received
  • Date referral closed
  • Client last name

Design question: How should we implement "search" function in the dashboard if all the referrals are broken out in 3 sections?
