Not being able to cancel the refund for Apollo Ultra (No active unlock found)

I don't need a refund for my lifetime ultra subscription. This is the message I receive in the Apollo Ultra page. "**No active unlock found **🤔"

I'm seeing the same thing- I definitely have an active ultra sub, but the app can't find my receipt.
