Describe the bug
Enable color themes toggle for comments is missing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to appearance —> themes
No toggle

iOS version: 16.4.1
Apollo version: 1.15.4
iOS device: iPhone 14 pro
Jailbroken: no
Reproducible: yes

Expected behavior
To be able to toggle comments theme

I think this option was lost in the themes rearrangement of 1.15
