Ember 2.13.2 module is not defined

Just tried Ember 2.13.2 with ember-breadcrumbs 0.1.10 and I get the following error in my developer console
Uncaught ReferenceError: module is not defined

I won't personally have time to look at this (or your other issue) anytime soon. I'd be happy to merge a PR and cut a new release, though.

If it helps, I ran into the same issue. Referencing the branch from #54 ("ember-breadcrumbs": "NLincoln/ember-breadcrumbs#babel-6-upgrade") resolved the issue, so it looks like it's just a dependency issue.

Can you publish the changes with the babel-6 upgrade to npm with a new version?
