First insertion doesn't work

When I try to add an URL, it doesn't work. If I retry to add it, it works.

An example of URL that gives me this kind of behaviour is:

http://localhost:9080/*

[jfoxworth]

Has this been fixed? Nothing in this makes sense to me. The instructions discuss a "Settings Icon" in chrome and downloading via git?

1. There is a number that appears over the lock that seems to indicate the number of intercepts, but that number doesn't go away when that option is unchecked.
2. There seems to be no way to see those intercepts
3. Nothing is actually done to the intercepted item.
4. Making a mistake basically means deleting everything and starting over as you can't delete headers.
